POST NATAL BABY BUDDHA: Meet the babies of your prenatal classmates by returning for postnatal yoga classes. This class is designed to balance and restore the physical needs of new mother and baby. In this 6-week series, you will work on getting back to your pre-pregnancy body using yoga asanas and exploring pelvic floor work from the core. You will practice bonding with and stimulating growth and development of your baby through yoga and movement. The class is designed for moms and babies up to 6 months old or pre-crawlers.
