Yoga food is based off the sister science of yoga, Ayurveda. You are what you eat! These recipes are created from traditional Ayurvedic practices to balance the body and the mind. Think of food as medicine. How can you “HEAL-Thy- Self” with nutritious food to calm the body and mind?
Preparing Yoga Food is a practice of SELF CARE! From mindfully choosing the ingredients that feel right for your body, to carefully preparing the meal for yourself or loved ones. This becomes a living practice of Mindfulness!
